What attracted you to the FinTech industry and Sound Payments Inc.?

I have worked in business for many years and touched on numerous industries. I love that Sound Payments values innovation and delivering a better product for different channels. I enjoy the diversity of those channels and the challenge of helping grow a major company.

What is your focus at Sound Payments?

I am responsible for the overall marketing for Sound Payments’ channels — Quantum Banking, Health Solutions and Quantum ISV.

How do you create value and what do you enjoy the most?

Sound Payments provides innovative solutions for multiple channels. I help ensure we are presenting our channels in the style and manner that best represents the company and its products and solutions. First impressions are critical.  I enjoy that I have the opportunity to support multiple channels in some very exciting industries.

What would be the top two most interesting places you visited and what was the most memorable moment?

I loved Innsbruck, Austria and taking the lift to the top of the mountain. Most memorable moments would include sitting on the mountain in the clouds in Innsbruck and enjoying the beauty and culture of a place I stayed in Florence, directly across from the market.

What are your top two favorite books?

Although it has been years since I read it, one of the books that I always remember is a book called Growing Up. It was about a boy growing up between the World Wars and the Great Depression. I also enjoyed the Hot Zone, a true story about numerous deadly viruses and the history behind them.
